Voltage Stabilizer Application & Industrial Power Solutions

Medical imaging and diagnostics

CT, DR, X-ray and ultrasound rooms draw high instantaneous current and are sensitive to voltage sag. Capacity is matched to peak load and the imaging room supply, with SCR or servo regulation depending on sensitivity.

  • High instantaneous current on exposure
  • Tolerance to voltage sag
  • Isolated or purified supply where required

Printing and packaging lines

Heidelberg, KBA, Manroland and Komori presses depend on stable supply for register accuracy and continuous production. Whole-line regulation is sized from total connected load, usually with three-phase servo cabinets.

  • Stable supply for register accuracy
  • Whole-line three-phase regulation
  • Continuous duty with low maintenance

Automation and machining

Machining centres, CNC lathes, gantry mills and laser cutters combine spindle surges with sensitive controls. Servo or SCR static regulation is selected according to load steps and response requirements.

  • Fast correction for spindle surges
  • Protection for CNC controls
  • Dust and coolant tolerant enclosure

General industrial and commercial

Workshops, agricultural processing, laboratories and large household loads where voltage fluctuates beyond equipment tolerance. Single-phase and three-phase options cover 500VA to 3500KVA.

  • Wide input range on unstable supply
  • Single-phase and three-phase options
  • Simple installation

Railway information room power cabinets

Two utility feeds into the dual-source cabinet, then two branches: ZBW-S static regulation and distribution for loads that may restart, UPS and battery cabinets for the servers that may not. Both cabinets carry a maintenance bypass.

  • Two utility feeds into the dual-source cabinet, one main and one standby
  • Separate stabilizer and UPS branches, each with its own loads
  • Maintenance bypass on both cabinets: service and transfer without an outage
  • 600 or 800 x 1000 x 2000 mm frames, bolted in a row
